We organize veg cooking classes, private or for small groups, in Italian and in English. We propose recipes without animal derived ingredients, but healthy, tasty and fun. For foreign tourists visiting Italy we can give classes in which we teach traditional Italian veg recipes: you can learn how to cook a real Italian vegetable risotto, a veg aubergine parmigiana or a veg tiramisu. We are always experimenting new recipes, revisiting traditional veg recipes to demonstrate the vast possibilities of variety in the natural diet. On request, we can define specific classes, vegetarian or vegan (for example specific lessons on desserts).
